Truly enjoyed the place, had an amazing stay of the wedding.

Facilities were good, however Wi-Fi was very poor.

Truly memorable stay, as always. The hotel with spacious rooms, in a good area, in that exact area. Lots of excellent options for meal.

The location is stunning and they have parking on site. Whatever you need is this neat room with a balcony, curtains or box.

Everything was simply good. The hotel was located near the Plasha restaurant, beach, nice huts, good lawn and the ocean. The venue location was favourable responsible to park. Mandrem Beach district was worth exploring. Hopefully the room was neat and beautiful with a balcony, curtains or box and the kitchen.

This is a hotel go-to for Mandrem! Everything is good, enjoyed my time here. The location is marvellous and awesome, 10 minutes' walk to a night club. It's in a wooden building in the good area.

Everything was simply good. The hotel was located near to the beaches in goa, clean & white sand beach and a local market around the corner. The property was in a favourable location, in the palms of goa. Besides, it was 5 mins walk from Rai resort. The breakfast had a wide range of great food and drinks.

Decent staff, beautiful views of the beach, everything is nice. The breakfasts is satisfactory with a huge variety of food. Its rooms are beautifully maintained, had a pleasant stay of the wedding.

Beautifully maintained and brand-new room which had TV set with satellite channels, climate control, and an individual safe. The hotel was in a magnificent location, right down to the ocean.

We had an amazing experience at this beachside property. The beach was clean, serene, and almost private, making it perfect for a peaceful getaway. The resort offered a variety of accommodation options, including cottages, suites, and even tents, giving us plenty of choices. The restaurant and bar overlooking the beach provided a delightful dining experience with the sounds of the sea and a pleasant breeze. The owner's presence added a personal touch to the services, ensuring a warm and hospitable stay. we highly recommend this unique and comfortable beachfront property.

The hotel is great value for money, especially considering the beautiful location on Ashvem beach. The staff are very attentive and provide excellent service. The basic amenities in the rooms, like comfortable beds and clean bathrooms, are perfect for a beach getaway.

The hotel is missing curtains or blinds in the rooms, which could be improved for privacy.

The location was best possible, around 10-15 minutes walk from Banana Surf School. The room they gave us was brand-new and neat with a balcony, the kitchen and curtains or box.

I recently stayed at a resort located on the beautiful Ashvem beach and had a wonderful time. The hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail was impressive, with the staff going out of their way to ensure a memorable stay. The location was unbeatable, right opposite the beach, offering stunning views and easy access to the pristine shoreline.

Spent an amazing Xmas in paradise! Enjoyed the beautiful surroundings with plenty of palm trees, and the resort offered a fantastic complementary beach shuttle service that we used every day. Plus, the staff was very attentive to our needs and always there to help us out. The breakfast buffet was also a nice touch, filled with local flavors that we couldn't get enough of.

Sadly, the Wi-Fi wasn't the best and we struggled to connect at certain areas of the resort. it would be great if there were more outdoor activities, we felt like we didn't have much to do when we weren't swimming or lounging on the beach.
